You guys, Summer is here! Not sure how that happened so quickly, but I bet time is going to continue to fly by now that it’s summer. No complaints here! Ready for a recap of my summer so far? Let’s start with some snapshots from my girls weekend in Atlantic City and nothing says girls weekend without an assortment of Koffi’s Jell-O Bar.
The World Championship of Sand Castling happened to have been taking place during that weekend and it was indeed remarkable. So if you heading to AC this summer be sure to add these Top 9 Things To Do In AC:
- Enjoy a White House Submarine Sandwich – you will not believe it!
- Tour the Revel Casino Resort and specifically the “Sky Garden”.
- Take the Atlantic City Helicopter Tour, departs from the rear of the Steel Pier, #1 Bucket List Activity!
- Check Out H2O at the Golden Nugget in the evening or for the Sunset, #1 rated sunset location in town.
- Make reservations and dine at “Chef Vola” an exclusive homemade Italian restaurant at 111 S Albion Place.
- Experience the Quarter at the Tropicana a restaurant, nightlife and entertainment hub of the city.
- Take a Dolphin Watching Tour in Gardners Basin on Atlantic City Cruises “Cruisn 1″. Then see the rest of the waterfront area.
- Stop by Fralingers Salt Water Taffy or James Candy on the boardwalk for a tour of their plant and how to make Salt Water Taffy.
- Visit and take a tour of the “Worlds Largest Pipe Organ” at Historic Boardwalk Hall. You will not believe this, I guarantee it.
After my weekend with the girls I came back to hugs and kisses from the fam and enjoyed some fun in the sun…If you are the East Coast make sure that Westchester is on your list of places to visit. This time of year Mamaroneck Harbor Island is fun for the entire family. This is the perfect place to meet friends and schedule playdates. While gabbing it up with the ladies your little ones are playing in the sand or running around in the sprinkler park. This was indeed the perfect way to end the weekend just before my oldest heads into summer camp.
I also joined forces with The Junior League of Central Westchester and of Bronxville and took in a complimentary class at Soul Cycle in Bronxville. I am not a spinner at all so when I showed up up for my class I was indeed intimidated, but guess what, I LOVED IT! So be check back this week for my full review on my Soul Cycle experience.
And there you have it folks..that’s my week in review..what have you guys been up to??
