Being a stay at home mom with a toddler running around, errands to run, and a home to maintain finding time to get to the gym is never easy. Before my son was born I was always heading to the gym during lunch or after work or on weekends with my husband, but now it seems like that is not often possible. I don’t have a gym at home, but I found some great at home workout from Valerie Waters that don’t require a lot of gear or space. I can even do this when my son is taking a nap and I have 30 minutes of me time!
